30-day returns
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email
hello@muhamedscbdvape.com with your order number to start a return and we will send you instructions.
Hygiene exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened vape products, e-liquids or disposable devices unless they are faulty or were sent in error.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund the item, and cover the return postage for US orders.
How to return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide. We recommend a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any customs charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded if you return the whole order. Customs duties and import taxes paid to a foreign authority cannot be refunded by us.
Discounted orders
If you return part of an order that earned the 10% discount on orders of $200 or more, the refund is calculated at the price you actually paid. If the remaining items no longer meet the $200 threshold, the discount on the returned items is deducted from the refund.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel before your order has shipped, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
